1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using StockflowKP, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.
2. Subscription & Billing
Our services are provided on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually). At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it.
- Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
- We reserve the right to modify subscription fees with a 30-day notice.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for safeguarding the password used to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
Prohibited Use:
You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
4. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
